On behalf of the European Hematology Association, we are pleased to invite the international scientific community of clinical and experimental hematologists to the 11^th Congress of the EHA, to be held in Amsterdam from June 15-18, 2006. Amsterdam RAI International Exhibition and Congress Centre will be the venue and is located in the south of Amsterdam, about 8 minutes by train from Schiphol Airport and 15 minutes by public transport from Amsterdam city centre.

The Scientific Program of the Congress will contain four blocks of simultaneous oral communications. Additional strategies to attract young scientists include a reduced registration fee, travel awards and involvement of young qualified investigators in the
abstract review process. We will continue to provide high quality Education Sessions as well as the Meet-the-Expert, Plenary Sessions and challenging Lunch Debates. The Presidential Symposium will be entirely dedicated to a selection of best abstracts.
A variety of attractive Satellite Symposia will take place on Super Thursday.

We trust that the 11^th Congress will provide you with intense interaction with your peers and induce new creative ideas for your work.
